• The initial deposit has to be at the time of order.
• In case of declined payments or returned cheques, a penalty of USD 25 shall be levied.
• A service charge of 2% will apply for late payments.

Refund and Cancellation

The initial deposit will only be refunded if the order is cancelled within seven days from date of purchase.

Our products are made to the highest quality standards. Please check all components against the list in the User Guide, and inform your local distributor within 24 hours of delivery, if you find anything missing, or not in perfect condition. A replacement can usually be sent to you within 48 hours of reporting. You may also contact us directly with your feedback, suggestions or complaints through our website.
